It applies to www.unityworking.com and any contact forms, newsletter sign-ups, and bookings made through our site. Personal data we collect
Enquiry & booking details: name, company, email, phone, job title, preferred location, tour/meeting details, and any message you include.
Marketing preferences: your opt-in/opt-out choices and engagement with our emails.
Broker / partner details: contact and firm information when you request floor plans, pricing, or availability.
Technical data (via cookies and similar tech): IP address, device, browser, pages viewed, actions taken, approximate location.
Content you provide: feedback or testimonials (with your permission).
We do not seek special category data via the site. Please don’t share it in open form fields.

Analytics (Squarespace & others). With consent, we collect IP address, device/browser details, pages viewed, referring pages, clicks, scrolls, internal links, searches, and timestamps to understand site performance. Providers may include Squarespace Analytics, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and Hotjar (see Who we share data with).

Forms & submissions
When you submit a webform, we collect the fields you provide to track and respond to your request. We may route this data to Squarespace (hosting), Mailchimp (newsletters), and Zapier (secure automations)—see Who we share data with.
Emails
We may send you marketing emails if you’ve opted in or where PECR allows B2B communications. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email. We use Mailchimp to send emails and manage preferences (see Who we share data with). Legal bases sit in How we use your data.
Who we share data with
Platform & hosting: Squarespace (site hosting/analytics).
Analytics/ads (if enabled): Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Hotjar.
Email & CRM: Mailchimp and TWIIN.
Integrations: Zapier (data routing/automations).
Fonts/CDN: Google Fonts, Adobe Fonts.
Professional advisors & authorities where required by law.
All providers act under contract and our instructions. We require processors to protect your data.
Fonts
This website serves font files from, and renders fonts using, Google Fonts and Adobe Fonts. To display the site, these services may receive: information about your browser, network, or device; information about this site and the page you’re viewing; and your IP address. International transfers
Some providers (e.g., Squarespace, Mailchimp, Google, Adobe, Meta, LinkedIn, Hotjar, Zapier) may process data outside the UK, including the EEA and US. Where this happens, we rely on valid transfer safeguards (e.g., UK IDTA, SCCs with UK Addendum) plus risk assessments and appropriate security measures.
How long we keep data
We keep data only as long as needed, then securely delete or anonymise it:
Enquiries & sales correspondence: typically 24 months after last contact (longer if you become a client and records must be retained for contracts/finance).
Marketing records: until you unsubscribe or after 24 months of inactivity.
Cookie/analytics data: per the cookie’s stated lifespan (see your cookie banner/provider docs).
Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures (HTTPS, access controls, staff training, least-privilege access). No internet service is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.
Your rights
You can access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, and port your data. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time (this won’t affect prior lawful use). To exercise your rights, email sales@unityworking.com.

Children
Our site is intended for business users. We don’t knowingly collect data from children.
